Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place a new order.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any orders as all sales are final.

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If your request is approved after review, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Made-to-Order Products

We want you to love what you wear. Since each T-shirt is made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Requests are only accepted if:

You received the wrong size or color
The print or design is different from what was approved
The item was damaged during shipping

To request support, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.

If the request is approved, we will provide either a replacement product or a full refund.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for incorrect size selection if the correct order was placed by the customer.

Payment Policy

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.
